Meet Your Guide - Sebastian
Hi there! My name is Sebastian, and I’m a licensed local tour guide in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. I’ve lived here for over 18 years and work in the heart of the city almost every day.
Bratislava is a city full of contrasts — from its cozy historical center and grand architecture to the bold remnants of its socialist past. Nestled right next to world-famous Vienna, it was often overlooked for many years. But today, more and more travelers are finally discovering its unique charm and adding it to their travel maps.
For me, being a guide is more than just a job — it’s my passion and dream profession. I’ve worked in many places, but office life never felt right. What inspires me most is meeting people from around the world, each with their own stories and perspectives. Whether you confuse Slovakia with Slovenia (don’t worry, many do!) or know European history by heart, I’m always happy to share this city with you.
